Beta problems, ideas and questions

Use the private Beta feedback form. You will receive a branded receipt, and the message will enter the owner-only review queue without joining a mailing list.

Account help

Use password reset if you can access your account email. For an expired invitation, address change or locked account, email support@smrtlnk.page.

Delete or export your data

Email from your account address with “SMRTLNK data request” in the subject. State whether you want a copy, correction or full deletion. We will verify the request before changing the account.

Copyright or impersonation

Send the profile address, the work concerned, your contact details and why you own or represent the relevant rights. We may temporarily hide disputed material while reviewing a credible report.

Response expectations

There is no paid support desk yet. Founding beta messages are handled personally and answered as soon as reasonably possible.
